新冠死亡数的意义何在？除流行病学的意义，病毒危害性的定量估计。或许更重要的是对公共卫生的基础研究、公共卫生设施资金投入、社会资源分配、公共卫生政策法规制定均有意义和影响。
新冠死亡数（还有交通死亡、枪击死亡等等）高估，对人类健康发展有好处。
